Guide to the Thailand International Logistics Fair 2009

The 6th Annual Thailand International Logistics Fair 2009 will take place at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center between the 9th and the 13th of September this year. The Thailand International Logistics fair is organised as a collaborative effort by the Department of Export Promotion, the Ministry of Commerce and the Royal Thai Government Office of Trade Logistics. The event will also have the support of several important companies in the logistics field from Thailand and around the world.

Visitors to the exhibition can expect to see over 300 stalls from different exhibitors from around the world. Over 13,000 delegates are estimated to participate in this year’s International Logistics fair from counties such as Japan, Australia, China, Australia, USA, India and the Middle East.

The event will begin at ten in the morning and end at six in the evening and will serve as a launching pad for new business in the logistics field, and delegates and exhibitors attending the event will benefit from the fair in terms of business opportunities and improving their knowledge of the industry. The fair also presents a great opportunity for exporters, service providers and SMEs to establish contacts, find new clients and become up-to-date on the latest innovations, future trends, new products and services in the logistics sector.

The Thailand International Logistics Fair 2009 will be well attended by local consumers and officials from the logistics industry in the region. The event will feature exhibits on material handling, ports, containers, warehouses, packaging, transportation services, courier, freight forwarding, shipping and vehicles. The event will also give visitors and delegates the opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs, software professionals and officials from companies that affect the workings of this line of business.
